SELF Portrait Studio — Collaboration Guidelines

These guidelines apply to any individual participating in a complimentary or promotional collaboration at SELF Portrait Studio (“Collaborator”). By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Studio Equipment

SELF is equipped with professional cameras, lighting, and monitors.

For safety and equipment protection:

• Studio equipment (cameras, lighting, monitors, stands, etc.) may not be touched or adjusted.

• The remote shutter provided during your session is the only equipment intended for use.

• Any needed adjustments must be requested from staff.

2. Guests

Collaborators are responsible for the conduct of any guests they bring into the studio. All guests must follow studio guidelines and respect the space and equipment.

3. Pets

Pets must be approved in advance.

All pets must be well-behaved, fully potty trained, and kept away from studio equipment at all times. SELF reserves the right to end a session if a pet poses a safety concern.

4. Damage Responsibility

Collaborator agrees to be financially responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property caused by themselves or their guests. SELF reserves the right to invoice for repair or replacement costs if necessary.

5. Content Usage

Collaborator retains ownership of the content they create.

By participating in the collaboration and tagging or featuring SELF, Collaborator grants SELF permission to repost and share that content across SELF’s website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in a collaboration and use of the studio space is at your own risk. By entering the studio for collaborative purposes, you release SELF Portrait Studio from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
